Ok, it’s been almost four months, and three attempts at cleaning this mess. This is permanent damage. If I was the owner of this building I would have my attorney settle this with the masonry contractor.

Heavy Efflorescence, only 1 month after completion of this project. This wall was not properly covered and rain filled the cavity and soaked the installed insulation. The contractor ordered the Masons to top it off without remediation and the general contractor allowed the Glaziers to install the glass. These walls have been thoroughly washed, job done?
